We were on holiday near Ashburton when someone pointed out the under tray on our Skoda Superb was hanging down. We arrived at Murray VW/Skoda at 16:40 and explained the issue and that we would be travelling home in 36 hours. David Welch in the Service department could not have been more helpful, especially as we had no appointment and it was Kate in the day. Within a few minutes he got the car on the ramp, found the issue of a lost bolt and the issue was rectified.
Amazing customer service, all with a smile. Service if the highest level, thank you

Very good service, was offered a courtesy car when extra time was needed to resolve issues. Only issue that prevents 5 stars is the fact that the main problem that needed resolving under warranty requires a part on back order, and they were unable to give me a date as to when this part will be in so playing waiting game now (this could be more a fault with Skoda than Murrays though to be fair).
Service was excellent though and will most likely be going back in future.
*upgraded to 5 star as all was resolved very speedily.

Awful service, car had work done on it, was then driven for less than 150 miles before issue reoccurred. No concessions offered despite shoddy work. Had to take it to an approved Skoda dealership to have the issue fixed. Avoid at all costs, con artist.

This garage expects the customer to play for they incompetence. They inform the customer very little and then gang up with there excuses for for faulty work .the manager trys to intimidate the customer. He speaks to everyone as if the have the same intelligence as himself
