I engaged WBW Solicitors (Newton Abbot) to support me with a matter. The matter was dealt with efficiently and professionally by the team. The advice and due diligence was thorough, communication from the team was excellent.
From the beginning, I had confidence the process would be handled properly due to the time Kerry spent with me guiding me through the matter, this created an immediate trust, important for someone who rarely has a requirement for a solicitor. Should I have the need, I will certainly use WBW in the future.

Charged a nice little fee of over £100 for doing absolutely nothing apart from sending some paperwork which we did not sign, and did not instruct them to do anything for us.
Said they would waver the fee as a gesture of good will, but was too late as I paid it, and they didnt even offer to refund me! Never heard from them again, but to be fair never heard from them in thr beginning as contact, even so much as courtesy replies, were non existent.
Will never consider, or recommend them to anyone.
