If you need a reliable roofer then Paul's your man. Most roofers won't even ring you back. I texted Paul on Bank Holiday Monday, he was there on Tuesday to have a look - it was pouring with rain and windy so he came back Wednesday, gales again and too dangerous but every day he kept me informed at work 3 or 4 times a day. Paul did the job on Thursday - took pictures of the damaged tiles and felt - again plenty of communication. On Friday morning 7.30am texted to make sure the rain wasn't coming in - nothing was too much trouble. Paul would be highly recommended.

First rate workmanship and good value plus friendly and helpful service. Responsiveness and punctuality are as good as can be expected in a highly weather-dependent job. In the event of any unavoidable delay, efforts are always made to keep the customer informed by text messaging.
