I had a nightmare today! Called Teign Locks at 0730 and explained the situation.
Unfortunately my door mechanism completely snapped inside. The door is my only form of entry and exit and as such it wad an emergency. The team got me booked in and Kieran was with me at 0845 sharp. A friendly, professional and organised gentleman who explained everything.
The job was particularly challenging and it took 1 hour to actually open the door which Kieran agreed is not the norm!
I am pleased to say the door was fixed, new mechanism supplied with 3 year warranty and all cleaned up and invoice produced.
Thank you to Kieran for your skills and I hope you get a new tool box from your boss for your birthday next week!!! 😀

First-class work in every respect: meticulous workmanship, prompt communication by phone and texts, advice (lots), friendliness and punctuality. As well as fitting a new front door lock (the previous one having failed completely), Tim also fitted Exitex draught excluder beautifully all round the door frame. It's like having a brand-new door, and it feels so much safer, too. Highly recommended.

Our back door was older but posed no problems to this guy. Offered us more than one solution to our problem. Ordered the parts and fitted them in the time frame he had given us. Great service.

Tim and Keiran replaced our broken front door handle. They also adjusted and serviced our other doors and windows. Worked around my husband who was working from home. All doors and windows much improved.
