Chris was very professional, and our carpets in the lounge and staircase (silver package), look like new. Our nearly 4 year old carpets have had an aging dog having mishaps, a puppy having mishaps and although none of the family have had mishaps theres been plenty of the usual wandering through without taking shoes off!
