We used Beyond Legal for our conveyancing when purchasing our first home. We were dealt with by Sophie and Jenny, both were extremely friendly and efficient dealing with any questions we had and they helped us complete within 2 months of getting our offer accepted (would have likely been even sooner if it wasn't for Christmas!).I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for conveyancing. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Certainly won't be recommending this company. I was spoken to rudely on more then one occasion, I sent an email to one of the partners and they didn't have the decency to acknowledge it let alone apologise. While the first couple of weeks went 'okay' with this company I soon realised I should have done my research and used another company.
Time frames were given and not stuck to, calls and emails not responded too not to mention mistakes on documents.

Naomi handled our mortgage application details in early 2022 for our self-build, but when we tried contacting either Naomi or the main office in mid-late 2023 for follow-up regarding adding easements to our deeds to run services to the property we were ignored entirely (email and phone,).With our mortgage, we had to chase repeatedly for certain things, but we just accepted they were probably quite busy at the tail-end of the pandemic with more people wanting to move, and we weren't in a massive rush at the time. But I never thought a year later, we'd have to chase them to give them more business without getting a response or acknowledging our request.It's basic etiquette that if you're too busy to accept more business, you should at least reply to politely decline the work so the customer can promptly seek support elsewhere.Find someone else if you want matters dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Very reasonably priced for conveyancing. Karen was very helpful, dealing with both sale and purchase and we ended up being signed ready to exchange before both our purchaser and seller. Thanks Karen.
