Certainly won't be recommending this company. I was spoken to rudely on more then one occasion, I sent an email to one of the partners and they didn't have the decency to acknowledge it let alone apologise. While the first couple of weeks went 'okay' with this company I soon realised I should have done my research and used another company.
Time frames were given and not stuck to, calls and emails not responded too not to mention mistakes on documents.

In March my ex-partner asked if we could use Beyond Legal to facilitate a house sale due to split up, I thought it would cut down on cost using the same solicitor and they would follow SRA regulations.
We are Joint tenants and owned equal shares in the property – No deed of trust.
When we bought the property in 2016, we paid £4815.51 as a deposit (shared ownership mortgage 5%) but everything was 50/50.
Beyond Legal now states my ex-partner is due £9245 of the deposit and for myself…£0 other than half of the proceeds, a 384% increase of my ex’s initial deposit. Not only can I not get my deposit back, I missing some of the equity I had in the house. How can you claim back more deposit that was ever put into the property? And how can A solicitor allow this?
Although all evidence has been provided, Beyond Legal will not seek to correct this error. I am not 100% on their motive behind this, but I highly suspect that the fact the managing partner of Beyond Legal is good friends with my ex’s dad has something to do with, causing this conflict of interest. I’ve given Beyond Legal many opportunities to discuss and correct issues, but they have told me to seek legal advice for their “mistakes”.
Beyond Legal still have my money and will not return it due to this, and I fear I will never get it back.
I’ve had to be careful what I say in this review, I was told anything untrue, and Beyond Legal will take legal action against me, so this is all factual to my knowledge. I didn’t want to make this public, after trying to reach a resolution with Beyond Legal I have got nowhere. This cannot go unheard and warn others, just like the many other reviews below.

Very reasonably priced for conveyancing. Karen was very helpful, dealing with both sale and purchase and we ended up being signed ready to exchange before both our purchaser and seller. Thanks Karen.

Naomi handled our mortgage application details for our self-build but when we've tried contacting either Naomi or the main office for follow up regarding adding easements to our deeds to run services to the property we've been completely ignored (email and phone).
With our mortgage, we had to chase repeatedly for certain things but just accepted they were probably quite busy and we weren't in a huge rush at the time. I never thought we'd still be having to chase them to give them more business.
If you're wanting matters dealt with promptly and efficiently, find someone else.

Naomi, has been absolutely amazing a pleasure to deal with and so proactive with responses to any questions I have raised. Would not hesitate in using this company and solicitor again and highly recommended to any one needing an excellent conveyancing solicitor. By far the most pleasant transaction with any solicitor I’ve used before.
