Matt Lumley greeted me on arrival and took the time to ask me lots of questions about what it was I was looking for so he could guide me to suitable options that fitted within my budget. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge and was accommodating to my limited availability to test drive the vehicles. A superstar from start to finish.
Incredibly grateful for there support and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Have been using Murrays for a few years now for servicing and Mots, never had an issue, most of the time I deal with Jackie, she is brilliant, customer service comes first with her. Car is always treated with respect and left clean. Thank you very much

Excellent MOT provision. Super-easy check-in the night before, and was able to quickly stop car off the following morning. Car available by lunchtime, following receipt of detailed report. Great customer service, Jacky excellent as always.

Complete lack of communication.
Mudflaps were supposed to be included as part of purchase. Still chasing these after 5 months. If I don’t call, no one contacts me. Physically went in myself to see why there’s been no answer to email or calls or just any communication and still nothing. Was told mudflaps hadn’t even been ordered yet.
2 scratches on car that were meant to be dealt with, no update on when this will be done, if ever.
Adblue ran out right after we purchased it.
Issues with tech in car.
On the day we bought it the car wasn’t clean and they had to re-valet parts of it.
Dropped £25k in one go and feel like I missed out on the whole experience of buying a car. Would not purchase here again.
