The usual reliable service and keeping in touch via text email and phone calls. Everything went smoothly and I was well informed about up coming issues i needed to book to have done. Being disabled recently I find the collection service invaluable.

Have been using Murrays for a few years now for servicing and Mots, never had an issue, most of the time I deal with Jackie, she is brilliant, customer service comes first with her. Car is always treated with respect and left clean. Thank you very much

Returning customers, as the first purchase couldn’t have been better. In addition the aftercare was faultless so there was no question as to who we’d trust to assist with the next one. Phoned the day before to arrange seeing Kate, who provided fantastic, helpful and honest advice (again!) No pressure to make a decision, options explained and now we are very excited to collect the new vehicle. Brilliant team at Murray’s who make you part of the family.

Terrible service from start to finish.
I Paid £650 just to be told that they don’t know what’s wrong with the car. But told I paid for the time that the team spent on the car (not fixing it) and replacing a piece that actually probably didn’t need replacing as it made no difference. I now find myself in the exact same position as when I took the car in to the garage originally, BUT the only difference is I’m £650 now out of pocket too!

Also have been advised to go back to spend more money on guess work! This is from a VW main dealer!
Very poor.
