Despite a record strain on their services with the shortage in NHS dentists - All at reception are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and prompt.
My son and I see Dentist Waleed Al-Enizy and Dental Nurse Paige - They make a very lovely team!
They keep you informed, never rushing your appointment - despite huge workloads.

Paige offers a free consultation and 3D scan service to discover your smiles potential, with various treatments available at difference price points - she expertly educates you on each. She was transparent and thorough on the various downsides too - vital!
Alongside this service she taught me great tips to help overcome a long-term issue at home in my daily routine, of which I've now been able to teach my son too - Very grateful.
Waleed has quickly helped me reduce jaw pain I’d had for years and thought was just a forever thing. He’s also worked really hard to help me balance affordability with functionality AND aesthetics when carrying out treatment, expertly demonstrating this during recent treatment on a very tricky broken Molar. Golden stars galore here - SO so grateful to be in such capable and caring hands. He, alike Paige is also really lovely - so no dental traumas for kiddos or nervous patients!
Bit by bit the team are helping us meet dental goals and improve our practices at home.
** Also - During recent treatment I was given the choice as to whether I’d prefer a small or large amount of numbing (The question alone took me by surprise - how thorough / kind / above and beyond?!) I didn’t even feel the injections being given. Waleed is clearly very skilled / attentive and experienced.
Whether receiving NHS or private care (I've experienced both) with this lovely duo, you won’t be disappointed!
Also met other staff during cover periods - everyone really is so lovely and warm.

On Saturday I had oral surgery (3 teeth removed broken at the gumline) carried out by Mark Watts. He and his dental nurse Jade put me totally at ease and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a nervous disposition as they have many distracting techniques not to mention a great playlist of music which made the whole experience a memorable one.

Amazing practice!
Went in to what is such a clean & tidy reception area. Tom & Shirley were at the desk. Tom was super smiley & cheerful. Shirley wasn’t so much, I was quick to be seen nonetheless. Check in details done, I waited no longer than 10 minutes. In this time Tom was doing everything, answering the phone with such kindness, booking people in, filling up the products & was even heard informing someone on the phone, that if they were nervous about coming in, to feel free to call for some reassurance, any time. Amazing Andrew was an absolute delight & did not mind my ridiculous amount of questions; in fact answered them with deep knowledge & enthusiasm! Ending the checkup with a rebooking, helped by Hayleigh, who was also wonderful, despite my worries. I’ve been with this dentists for nearly 40 years & seen various dentists there without issue until my nhs dentist retired. The dentist I was given tried to tell me I needed over £4000 worth of work including root canal work she didn’t think she could do as she said it’s a very difficult procedure to do. I was dubious as it didn’t sound right so I went to another dentist locally I was recommended & is in the top of his field, who said he couldn’t find anything wrong with the teeth. Needless to say I won’t be going back here.

I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed on Friday 14th June by David I am a very nervous patient and was really nervous about the procedure but David and the nurses were amazing from start to finish, thank you so much, highly recommended
