Amazing service, would use again and again.
From discussing expectations and requirements at booking, right through to completion, the service was second to none. There was active communication when needed, turned around in the time frame promised and to a great standard!

Had a few problems with my focus st ,took it to swansons as I have always done the service team booked it in ,informed me what it needed etc ,although they had car bit longer than anticipated I was given a replacement car at no cost to me they kept me informed and very apologetic but hey these things happen. Brilliant team on service dept and car now runs like new 😆.

I just purchased a used Kuga from Swanson , I can only give a great review for James M who was the rep’ I dealt with , he was friendly yet professional very knowledgeable and yet understood my questions needed to be answered in a way for a layman to understand . I was given a great trade in price for my car .
The whole process was very fast and painless and the guys I dropped my car off ( part exchange ) with were very polite and friendly even after they saw the mud in the car from my dog 😂
We have used Swanson for our servicing for our cars before and will definitely continue to .
