I love the gym at Coast View, it's got cardio and weights equipment so you can do a full workout before you've even got in the pool. It's usually quiet mid week and the staff are always really friendly.

Great little gym with everything you need. Access to swimming pool 🏊♂️ too, and a great bar/restaurant for that post workout 🏋️♀️ cider 🍺👌
Plenty of parking and staff are superb friendly.
