Booked a table for a large group and the staff were amazing in providing us with an area that was suitable. When we arrived the car park was full as we would expect at 2pm on a Sunday, however, it was noted that one car in particular was parked directly in the middle of two spaces. We approached the manager to let them know as it was causing issues for people trying to park to be told “yeah, you’re the second person to complain, but it’s my son in laws car” 🙄 when walking to our table we over heard the manager laughing with her family and simply saying “it’s an Audi” wish I had known that having an Audi gives special parking rights when buying my car.Completely unprofessional towards her customers and she should be embarrassed that her family members would be so inconsiderate at her place of work.

Went here today with family and had such lovely time, team were very welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend this place. Big shout out to the general manager she was fantastic!!

Visited for carvery thanks to the 50% off voucher which was a helpful gesture in mid January when most of us are feeling some financial strain! Food was absolutely amazing , fresh vegetables nice meats and a good selection on the carvery, service from the chef and the waitresses was incredible despite the restaurant being very busy, they were friendly welcoming and looked after us as well carefully checking my partner's rare allergy and making us feel very reassured.

Very quick service & very accommodating, even though some of our party were late, the floor manager Kirsty made us feel at ease & not worried about holding up the table. The chef carving was very friendly & when asked if I could have some of the crispier bits, was more than happy to oblige. Excellent service & value for money!

Visited on a busy Sunday without a booking, and they still managed to get us in—really appreciated that! The staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. The Yorkshire puddings were massive and delicious! The only small comment is that the tables were a bit close together, but honestly, we were just grateful to get a spot and have a great meal. Thanks to the team for making it work!
